- track the Space Shuttle and ISS
- Global Coordinate presents all manner of worldwide data on Google Maps, and also offers a Landsat view as well
- UK weather reports
- zoom to a rectangular area
- USAPhotoMaps - an offline program that makes the most of data it downloads from TerraServer
